Business Advisory Service coming this week
More support for local businesses during the coronavirus outbreak is being introduced this week by the Chamber of Commerce.
Its chief executive officer, Rebecca George, made the announcement at the latest government briefing, where she appeared alongside Enterprise Minister Laurence Skelly and business owner Claire Christian.
Mr Skelly revealed there had already been around 2,400 applications for the government's business support scheme.
Ms George said the Business Advisory Service is going to be available online, and makes use of chamber members' expertise:

'Too early to tell' what caused fire
Firefighting foam may have killed fish in Silverburn River
Additional road closure for TT filming ahead of MGP qualifying
'Knives and sharp implements' left outside charity shops
