Two thirds of Chamber of Commerce members say current set-up stifles growth
The Island's biggest business network says fundamental changes to the Island's work permit system are vital for the economy to grow.
The Chamber of Commerce says many Island firms are unable to expand because they can't recruit the workers they need.
The body has called for further exemptions or even the temporary suspension of the work permit system, to prevent a crisis.

She says a survey among members revealed two-thirds believe the current system is stifling growth.
