Free tests now biennial
Changes to access to free eye tests on the Isle of Man aren't as simple as they seem.
That's from the chairman of the Isle of Man Association of Optometrists and registered opticians - Ian Hodgson.
Free eye tests are being reduced from annually to every two years.
