Changes to First Time Buyer schemes on the Isle of Man will ‘open up a lot more options’ for those looking to get on the property ladder.
That’s the view of a Manx financial advisor who says it’s movement ‘in the right direction’.
Tynwald agreed to change the First Home Fixed and First Home Choice schemes – the price cap on the latter has now been removed.
