Manx Care CEO says move not needed 'at this moment'
Manx Care doesn't want to start charging people for attending the emergency department, but the policy is 'on a long list of considerations'.
That's from CEO, Teresa Cope, who says the board discussed the policy at its latest meeting in light of financial challenges.
It's seen as a way to keep people from visiting the emergency department when they don't need to, and a similar system is in place in Guernsey.
