New qualification for Victim Support manager
There's to be a tweak to the approach Victim Support Isle of Man takes in helping people deal with domestic abuse.
It's after the charity's manager, Paula Gelling, completed a course to qualify as an independent domestic violence advisor.
She says it's about empowering the person themselves to make the decision, rather than telling them what they need to do:

'Too early to tell' what caused fire
Firefighting foam may have killed fish in Silverburn River
Additional road closure for TT filming ahead of MGP qualifying
'Knives and sharp implements' left outside charity shops
