Calls for some 'feckless parents' to re-evaluate approach
The Isle of Man has a growing number of young people who show ‘complete disregard’ for the law.
That’s the view of the chief constable who has blamed Covid lockdowns for a ‘significant upturn’ in offending over the 12 months between April 2021 and March this year.
Two-hundred-and-twenty-four young people were responsible for 675 offences.
