Says the politician leaves a 'mixed legacy'
Tribute has been paid to the late Martin McGuinness from the Chief Minister.
Howard Quayle says the prominent figure in Northern Irish politics left a 'mixed legacy' but was always supportive of the Isle of Man.
He met the former deputy first minister during meetings of the British-Irish Council and found him 'very civil'.
Mr Quayle has offered his condolences to McGuinness's wife and family and says the Sinn Fein politician will be remembered:
