'High level' statement due in November
The chief minister has promised to produce a road map making clear the direction of the new government, by November.
Howard Quayle was asked by Rushen MHK Juan Watterson when a programme for government will be put to Tynwald for approval.
Mr Quayle said a 'high level' statement outlining policy and principles will be shared with members next month.
The chief minister reiterated that he wants an inclusive government and is listening to the views of Tynwald members and other interested parties, on key policy themes.
He said he will ensure a first policy debate before Christmas - giving time for the new Treasury minister to take heed, ahead of the next Manx Budget in February 2017.
