National Association of Head Teachers seeks 'formal investigation'
The chief minister says he's taking allegations of institutional bullying about the education minister 'very seriously'.
Howard Quayle has told Manx Radio he's referred the issue to the chief secretary to set up an investigation.
It follows a formal complaint to him from the National Association of Head Teachers.
Mr Quayle says they intend to look into it in the 'proper' way.
