54-year-old's case to go to Court of General Gaol Delivery
A Douglas man who has been accused of carrying out a sexual assault at a nursing home has been committed to stand trial.
The 54-year-old, who can’t be named due to anonymity laws brought in earlier this year, allegedly committed the offence on 28 April.
His case has now been elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
There was no application for bail and he was remanded at the Isle of Man Prison until his next court appearance.
Update: The man is next due to appear at the Court of General Gaol Delivery on 27 November.
