43-year-old's case moves to Court of General Gaol Delivery
Committal proceedings in the case against a Douglas woman accused of perverting the course of justice have taken place.
Joanne Fenton, of Cronk Grainagh Estate, appeared at Douglas Courthouse where she was told her case has now moved to the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
The 43-year-old allegedly committed the offence – which centres around a house sale – on 12 June.
Bail was granted until her next court appearance.
