New legislation governing landlords and tenants’ rights is going to be assessed by Island politicians.
The House of Keys has unanimously backed a proposal to form a three-person committee.
It will examine the Department of Social Care’s proposed Landlord and Tenant Bill and related issues.
The MHK behind the move is West Douglas member Chris Thomas.
