45,000 Euros taken in 2009
A man from East Sussex has been warned he may go to jail for stealing 45,000 Euros while he was the director of a Manx company.
Anthony Fresson, from Crowborough, pleaded guilty when he appeared before Deemster Montgomerie at Douglas Courthouse.
The court heard the 59 year-old stole the money between June and December 2009.
A social inquiry report was requested and Fresson was bailed on the condition he lives at David Gray House until he is sentenced on May 4.
Deemster Montgomerie told Fresson he shouldn't take the fact he's been bailed as an indication of his likely sentence.
