Two year legal case settled
Officials at Peel swimming pool are insisting safety issues were at stake when they asked a mother to stop breast feeding her baby.
Victoria Hodgson started a legal battle with the Western Swimming Pool, after staff asked her not to breast feed during a family swimming trip in July 2014.
Pool bosses say Mrs Hodgson was asked not to feed in the water on safety grounds - as it could mean other children weren't properly supervised.
However, she told the Mail on Sunday she's been humiliated for standing up for her rights - and claims members of the board bullied her when she complained.
Board chairman Adrian Christian says Mrs Hodgson has accepted a £2000 out-of-court settlement to stop the matter dragging on:
