Chamber of Commerce says businesses need to remain flexible
There's a concern there might not be enough staff for hotels and hospitality at TT 2022.
The Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce says staffing could be an issue as the road races are due to be held for the first time since 2019.
The fortnight is often the busiest time of the year for tourism, with tens of thousands of visitors travelling to the Island for the races.
