Campaign continues for memorial on site
It's important to keep remembering the 50 victims of the Summerland fire.
That's the view of Tina Brennan who continues to campaign for a permanent memorial on the site.
The blaze took place on the night of the 2 August 1973.
She says all Manx residents benefit from the changes made as a result of the fire:
Larne sailing cancelled
Liverpool sailing brought forward by several hours
Three further weather warnings issued
Warnings for gales and overtopping on Monday
Witness appeal after 'serious assault'
The incident happened in Anagh Coar
Landmark hotel to close its doors
The George family has run the hotel for almost 50 years
