Franchisee submits application for refurbishment
Permission is being sought to refurbish the shopfront of Costa Coffee on Strand Street.
An application has been submitted by the franchisee, Fancy A Coffee Limited, which states that the proposed changes will improve the appearance of the existing retail space and contribute positively to the High Street.
The refurbishment is expected to cost between £25,000 and £30,000.
A timeline for the work has not yet been outlined.
