Negotiations for the 2023-24 period expected to start in due course
It appears the end is in sight as nurses from the Isle of Man's largest nursing trade union has accepted the latest pay offer from Manx Care.
A £1,500 consolidated pay award on top of a six percent uplift to salaries ended a lengthy dispute which has spanned two years.
The Royal College of Nursing alongside other unions are expected to enter into pay discussions with the health service for this financial year in due course.
