34-year-old due back in court in September
A Douglas man accused of possessing drugs and assault will appear in court again later this year.
Thirty-four-year-old Marc O’Mearan, of Clarence Terrace, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
He’s charged with assault causing actual bodily harm, and possessing cannabis, on 15 January but hasn’t yet entered pleas.
Bail was granted and he’ll next appear on 26 September.
