Building to be at centre of community
The plans announced for Ramsey Courthouse are the right way forward.
That's the belief of local MHK Lawrie Hooper.
A new contract has been agreed by Ramsey Commissioners, who own the building, and Trustees of The Heart of Ramsey Limited (THOR), who have put forward plans for the building's future.
Speaking on Mandate this morning, Mr Hooper agreed with the chair of THOR trustees, Tim Baker MHK, that the plans were suitable for the building to be at the centre of the community:
