Assistance under two schemes had been extended
Applications for financial support because of Covid-19, for certain sectors, are closing later today (15 October).
Assistance, under the Coronavirus Business Support Scheme and Business Premises Support Scheme, was extended to cover July and August this year.
The initiatives were designed to help businesses and self-employed people in industries like catering, entertainment, hospitality and leisure.
This includes customer-facing organisations who can't work at home, were affected by self-isolation requirements or which saw a drop in customer demand.
Funding for the July period has ended however applications for August can be submitted until 5.30pm.
