Money raised on Island benefits local area
Covid-19 has affected the amount of money raised by a charity which helps save lives at sea.
The operations manager for Ramsey Lifeboat Station has told Manx Radio the pandemic had an impact on donations.
Kevin Christian, who has served the RNLI in the town for over 43 years, says it has been a fairly lean period for the organisation in the town.
Ramsey took delivery of its new state of the art vessel, purchased by the Gough Ritchie Trust, earlier this year.
And Kevin says people who do make donations can be assured the money benefits the local area:
