Allows for trade post-Brexit
The Isle of Man has signed a Customs Arrangement with the UK Government.
Treasury Minister Alfred Cannan is in London today and has met with the UK Financial Secretary to the Treasury and Paymaster General Mel Stride to ratify the agreement.
It establishes a customs union which allows the Island to trade with the UK free of tariffs and with no restrictions on quantities after Brexit.
It will replace the current EU Protocol 3 arrangement.
