Weather conditions cause slight mail delay
Poor weather is affecting parcels from being delivered on time today.
Isle of Man Post Office announced that due to the conditions it has not received any first class mail.
In a tweet, it said that included Special Delivery and Parcelforce Express items.
The Post Office insists it won't be a lengthy delay; the mail will arrive on Island later today and will subsequently be delivered to recipients tomorrow.
General Manager Geoff Rickard says extra staff will work to get the mail out as soon as possible:
Sailings cancelled due to predicted gales
