Mail plane unable to leave IOM
Isle of Man Post Office say the icy weather has led to a disruption in Postal Services to and from the Island today (Tues 12th)
The mail plane was unable to leave the Island last night, meaning posted mail will not have connected with this morning's UK deliveries.
It's not yet been confirmed when the flight will be able to depart.
Meanwhile the poor weather in the UK has affected incoming mail via air and sea. The Post Office says it's working with colleagues in the UK to get items to the Island as soon as they can and has apologised for any inconvenience caused.
