Prompt comes after cardiology concerns reach social media
Manx Care is urging people who are concerned about their treatment to use its advice and liaison service.
It's after a concerned relative took to social media to ask an MHK for help after claiming their mother was being denied cardioversion treatment on the Island.
Manx Care has told Manx Radio it cannot comment on individual cases.
In a statement it adds: "The service aims to improve patient and service user experiences by helping to sort problems out quickly, providing advice and pointing people in the right direction to get the help they need."
Manx Care also confirmed no recently-appointed cardiologist has left the organisation.
