A striking bus driver says they feel they're being unfairly targeted.
Andy Heard, a work place representative at Douglas depot, says the were unfairly dismissed and re-engaged on an inferior contract.
Mr Heard claims it's only the people who do the work are being targeted - and the management has't been affected by cuts to their pay
