Event will break new ground for Island
A progressive step and a landmark event for the Island.
That's the view of the Island's LGBT community, as the build-up to an international conference on diversity this month continues.
The event on March 22 has attracted a line-up of senior policy advisers on diversity and inclusion from major UK companies.
To an audience of leaders from the Manx public, private and third sectors, they will outline the value of attracting and retaining diverse talent in the workplace.
Lee Clarke represents the Rainbow Association and LGBT groups and is helping sharpen the event's focus.
He says the conference is breaking new ground for the Island:
Sailings cancelled due to predicted gales
Have your say on the future of the Island's plantations
Warning for 'disorderly' parents attending schools
Yellow weather warning for gale force winds
New board members sought for abattoir
