Dog-friendly cathedral pilgrimage brings Daisy to Peel

Dog behaviourist Sarah Morris is hoping to change the minds of church leaders across Britain

A dog behaviourist who is on a mission to visit all of the dog-friendly cathedrals in the British Isles has been able to  check Peel Cathedral off her list.

Sarah Morris and her Labrador Daisy are on a pilgrimage and recently paid a visit to the Isle of Man.

Their journey started in 2021 after she was asked to leave Winchester Cathedral, which changed its policy on dogs after she wrote to the Dean. 

Since then, they've visited 32 others and even convinced a few along to way to become more welcoming to animals:
