The report, carried out by specialist consultants Altair, cost £79,000
The infrastructure minister is expected to make a statement in Tynwald today (22 April) about improving the affordability and availability of housing on the Isle of Man.
Michelle Haywood will clarify government's position on housing, which was informed by work undertaken by consultants Altair Ltd last year.
Ahead of her statement, the housing report has been published and one of its recommendations is the establishment of a new not-for-profit entity to take on the landlord functions currently managed by the Department of Infrastructure.
