UK pharmacy scheme to be introduced on Island
Victims of domestic abuse will be able to ask for help at the Island's pharmacies in the future.
Health Minister David Ashford has confirmed his department is working to introduce the 'Ask for Annie' scheme at chemists.
The system, which is already used in the UK, allows pharmacy customers to discreetly ask for assistance.
He says it's one of a number of measures being taken to ensure support is available:

Some pubs to stay open for early-hours England match
Tynwald to revisit rates bill after the election
Douglas Council to install temporary play area in Marine Gardens
