Mayor of Douglas invites people to meet for event
Ex-service workers, charitable organisations and members of the public will be walking the city streets this morning to the sound of Douglas Town Band.
It's for the annual Borough of Douglas Civic Sunday parade and church service.
People will be assembling for the event at 9:50am this morning at Douglas Town Hall on Ridgeway Street.
The parade begins at 10:15am, and will be led by the Douglas Town Band via Prospect Hill, Athol Street and Upper Church Street to St George's Church.
There, the service will start at 10:30am.
Mayor of Douglas Jonathon Joughin is inviting people to come along to the event.
