Douglas Coastguard responded to an emergency call overnight.
The rescue team attended a medical transfer from Nobles Hospital to Liverpool Aintree Hospital by helicopter.
Coastguard helicopter 936 from Caernarvon was tasked for the transfer.
The team thanked all crews involved for the 'well-coordinated transfer in calm, clear and very cold conditions'; and are wishing the patient a 'speedy recovery'.
