34-year-old will next appear at the Court of General Gaol Delivery
Committal proceedings against a Douglas man accused of causing death by dangerous driving have taken place.
Jackson Joseph Paul, of Palace Road, appeared at Douglas Courthouse today (23 April).
The 34-year-old entered a not guilty plea to the charge on a previous appearance.
Twenty-nine-year-old Jordan Thomas sustained fatal injuries following a road traffic collision on Harbour Road in Onchan on 25 February.
Mr Paul will next appear at the Court of General Gaol Delivery on a date yet to be set.
