Offence allegedly took place at the Outback
A Douglas man will appear in court in June after denying using disorderly behaviour in a nightclub last year.
Twenty-three-year-old Harry Robert Warrillier-Grant, of Stanley Mews, appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The offence allegedly took place on 7 November at the Outback on Barrack Street in Douglas.
Magistrates bailed him to appear in court again on 16 June.
Update: At Douglas Courthouse on 7 July 2022 no evidence was offered by the prosecution and the case was dismissed.
Mr Warrillier-Grant was bound over to keep the peace and be of good behaviour to all people on the Isle of Man for 12 months.
