Components need to be replaced
The lights on Douglas Promenade won't be working until later this year.
It's after a lightning strike knocked out some components - 250 of which now have to be replaced.
Douglas Council says global supplies are limited and the parts wont be available for some time.
It means the lights wont be switched on again until at least mid March, it says.
