33-year-old and passenger sustained fractures
A Kirk Michael woman has been disqualified from driving for 18 months after crashing an electric Porsche on the Mountain Road during last year’s TT.
Latisha May McNally, of Slieau Curn Park, pleaded guilty to causing serious bodily harm by driving without due care or consideration.
The 33-year-old was involved in an incident on the Mountain Road on 3 June 2023; the court heard both McNally, and her passenger, sustained fractured skulls.
Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood also fined her £1,800 and ordered her to take an extended driving test at the end of her disqualification.
She will also have to pay £54 in prosecution costs.
