Brought 20kg of cannabis from Liverpool
A Merseyside man who brought £250,000 worth of cannabis to the Island is due to be sentenced today.
Alex Conner admits producing the Class B substance and possessing it with intent to supply.
The 50-year-old from Huyton in Liverpool was stopped by police at the Sea Terminal on June 17.
His van was searched and 10kg of cannabis bush and 10kg of cannabis resin was found.
Conner will appear at a Court of General Gaol this morning.
