Man and woman appear in court
A Douglas man and woman have appeared in court over their alleged part in a plot to smuggle cocaine to the Isle of Man.
Jonathon Edward Myers of Broadway and Leanne Corlett of Cronk-y-Berry appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.
Thirty-seven-year-old Mr Myers and 44-year-old Miss Corlett are alleged to have produced cocaine to the Island.
Mr Myers is also said to have attempted to possess cannabis and Miss Corlett is facing a further charge of possessing cannabis with intent to supply it.
Both were bailed and will next appear on 15 October.
