Holders Southern come second
Eastern Young Farmers have triumphed at this year’s Young Farmers’ Concert.
The Eastern Club beat last year’s winners of the Marketing Society Cup, Southern, into second place with their performance of ‘I’m a Manxie, get me out of here!’
Performers from the club also took home two of the other big awards of the night with Steven Crowe named Best Individual Performer, and William Moore winning Best Junior Performer.
Organised by the Isle of Man Federation of Young Farmers, the annual event sees all four of the Island’s clubs put on shows featuring singing, dancing and comedy sketches.
