Dr Allinson keen to hear from those directly affected
The Education Minister wants to hear what students think about the idea of providing free condoms in schools.
Dr Alex Allinson is responding to a petition started by one of the Island's sixth form students calling for this to happen for those over the age of 16.
They claim it can be too difficult to access condoms, and for some the cost is prohibitive.
Dr Allinson says he's looked into providing vending machines which could provide not only condoms, but also sanitary protection.
He wants to know what those who would be directly affected think of the idea:
