Good business reported at lower end of market
Properties with a realistic price tag are selling quickly according to a director of local estate agent Cowley Groves.
Mark Canty believes many people are catching up in the property market after the closure of business during the Covid-19 lockdown.
Mr Canty says they were busy at the start of the year, but there are subtle differences with the current level of demand:
