Thunderstorms across Europe affect flights to London airports
Isle of Man air passengers have been unable to get to Gatwick overnight after extreme weather has caused delays.
It follows thunderstorms across Europe last night, also affecting Heathrow.
The EasyJet flights to and from the Island have since been caught up in it.
Many trying to use the airport this morning have complained on social media about disruptions to their journey.
Gatwick before midnight?! Spent over 4 hours in the airport when it was clearly going to be cancelled. We could have been told at least 1 hour before hand. It has meant I’m missing an important job I was supposed to be doing at 6:30 in the morning in London (2/2)
