Incident followed match between Pulrose and Ramsey
A footballer, his father and sister have appeared in court over violent scenes at the end of a match in Ramsey earlier this year.
Pulrose player James Gerard Maginn denied assault when he appeared before magistrates at Douglas courthouse.
In the dock beside him was his 39-year-old father Robert Patrick Maginn, who was bound over to keep the peace for 12 months after prosecutors withdrew a charge of disorderly behaviour.
His daughter, 18-year-old Caitlin Maginn, admitted assaulting a woman after the match on 23 February and was fined £100.
The court heard the family, who all live at the same address on Oak Avenue in Pulrose, were at Ballacloan Stadium in Ramsey.
Pulrose played Ramsey that afternoon but prosecution advocate Rebecca Cubbon said after the final whistle shortly after 4pm, all three got involved in a verbal altercation that quickly turned violent.
As well as being fined, Miss Maginn was ordered to pay £50 compensation to her victim and £50 prosecution costs.
James Maginn was granted bail and will appear in court again on 24 October.
