Event expands due to demand
What is fast becoming a tradition in Laxey takes place this weekend.
Laxey Institute hosts its annual Christmas Market which has also expanded into the old village post office to accommodate demand.
There’ll be a variety of stalls including gifts, jewellery, cakes, craft gifts and soft furnishings over both days of the event between 10 and four o’clock (10am-4pm).
The Institute was restored by a community volunteers after it fell into disrepair and now hosts a range of events in the community.
