LVA concerned businesses won't survive Christmas cancellations
Hospitality businesses on the Isle of Man are worried they won't make it through the 'bleak' winter after losing tens of thousands of pounds in Christmas bookings.
Yesterday government pledged a further £9 million of support in light of 'continuing pressures' around Covid-19.
But the Licensed Victuallers Association says it's concerned that it won't go far enough.

This week government introduced new Covid-19 measures in response to the threat of the Omicron variant.
It appears this, coupled with rising case numbers, has led people into cancelling bookings across hospitality and lifestyle sectors.
In response Treasury revealed a range of support including £3,000 grants for businesses which can show a 25 per cent downturn.
