Latest figures show average property price at £341,000
Property sales in January totalled almost £53 million - up just under one percent on the December total.
However, the number of property sales transacted fell slightly - down 1.9 percent month on month.
Figures produced by the website propertyprices.im also show the average sale price showed an increase of 2.8 percent in January over the December total to stand at just over £341,000.
