Building partly destroyed by blaze
The recent fire at the former Marine Biological Station in Port Erin has significantly changed the future for the building.
That's according to Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer.
A large part of the building was destroyed by fire recently, in an incident which police are treating as arson.
Mr Harmer said prior to the blaze, demolition of the building had not been on the agenda.
