111 emergency line introduced
The Isle of Man has its first confirmed case of coronavirus.
A patient, who had recently returned to the Island from Spain, tested positive yesterday.
Public Health has been in contact with the patient to provide advice and support.
Government will provide more information today. (20 March)
A new emergency phone line opens today to help patients with suspected Covid-19.
It's not a general helpline and is set up purely for Covid-19 issues, however, medical staff are urging people complete an online assessment before calling.
The number to call is 111 and a link to the assessment can be found here.
